Training and Development


We provide management training for professionals working in transport and the supply chain. We believe a one-size-fits-all approach to training doesn’t always work, so our courses are adapted to meet our client’s objectives once we’ve talked it through. This means your managers will relate to the course content and better retain the knowledge that they’ve gained.

We have a clear approach to developing and delivering our training; we first set the objectives with you and then work backwards, identifying the subject matter, developing the content, producing takeaway guidance, creating trainer notes, structuring the lesson plan and producing a briefing document.

This means we always know what the end goal is, even before we’ve started.

Our fees relate to the course, not the number of people on it, and start from as little as £495 + vat.

We deliver the sessions at a venue of your choice, although if have no facility or space then we’ll agree a suitable venue and date to suit your managers. Venue fees are re-charged at cost.


Many companies still fail to put in place a development plan for their managers. It’s important to think about how your team can benefit from structured learning, and the best way to do this is to create a way of identifying training needs. We can help.

Through learning about your company and your people our team can understand what you need to focus on. We provide a short, structured questionnaire on knowledge, skills and competences before any development work takes place. This questionnaire is completed by the person responsible for training and development and by the managers in scope of the training. Once we have the answers we’re able to develop a tailored development plan for each staff member, to ensure that everyone can get what they need within their learning environment.

We can also help with development and implementation by providing staff webinars or workshops, which can often lead to better end results.

Our fees start from as little as £750 + vat to create and implement a development plan for up to 5 people, which includes questionnaire interviews and analysis, up to 3 webinar sessions, building the plan and providing half-day support to implement the plan.
